Refund Policy

Originals Outlet is a trading name of JVS SOLUTIONS LTD. This Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled for purchases made through our store.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, in the same condition in which you received it, and in its original packaging where applicable.

To start a return, contact us at contact@originalszone.com. Please include your order number and the reason for your return request. Items sent back without first contacting us may not be accepted.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when you receive it. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including used items, worn items, items without original packaging, gift cards, downloadable products, and any product that cannot be returned for hygiene, safety, or legal reasons. If you have questions about a specific item, contact us before sending it back.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item, size, or color is to return the item you have and place a new order once the return is accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.

Return shipping

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility. Shipping costs from the original order may be non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

European Union cancellation rights

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, subject to applicable exceptions. The item must be returned in the same condition in which you received it, unused and unworn, with tags and original packaging where applicable.
