Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive an order confirmation and, where available, tracking information when the parcel is dispatched.

2. Delivery method and cost

Free Express Shipping is available at no charge to every destination currently supported by our checkout. Our current supported shipping zones are the United Kingdom and participating European Union destinations. Availability is confirmed from the delivery address entered at checkout.

3. Estimated delivery time

After dispatch, delivery normally takes 7 to 12 business days. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Carrier delays, customs processing, weather, periods of high demand, public holidays or incomplete address information can affect delivery.
