These Terms of Service govern your use of https://originalszone.com and any purchase you make from JVS SOLUTIONS LTD ("we", "us"). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are. JVS SOLUTIONS LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (No. 16575105), registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom, contactable at contact@originalszone.com.

2. Products and pricing. We take care to describe and price products accurately. Prices and availability are shown on the product pages and confirmed at checkout in the currency displayed. If we discover a genuine pricing or description error affecting your order, we will contact you before dispatch and you may confirm or cancel the order.

3. Orders and contract. Your order is an offer to buy. A binding contract is formed when we send you an order or dispatch confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order (for example, where stock is unavailable or payment cannot be verified) and to refund you in full in such cases.

4. Payment. Payment is taken through our secure payment providers at checkout. You confirm you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

5. Cancellations, returns and refunds. Your rights to cancel and to return faulty goods are set out in our Returns, Cancellations & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Consumer rights. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

7. Liability. We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

8. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK, you may bring proceedings in your local courts.

9. Klarna payment methods. Where a Klarna payment method is available at checkout, its availability is subject to Klarna's eligibility assessment and applicable terms presented during checkout. We may share the contact and order information needed for Klarna to provide and tailor those payment methods, as explained in our Privacy Policy. Klarna is not an endorsement of our products or business.
